Lacson: Dismissal of proscription case vs CPP-NPA not a setback to anti-terror regulation




MANILA, Philippines — Former senator Panfilo Lacson maintained that the choice of a Manila courtroom to dismiss petitions in search of to declare the Communist Celebration of the Philippines and the the New Folks’s Military (CPP-NPA) as terrorists isn’t a setback to the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) of 2020.
